religious marriages

You may choose to be married in a religious ceremony in Gibraltar with or without the civil marriage.  Gibraltar offers Churches, Cathedrals, Synagogues, Temples and Mosques.  You don't need to be married in a religious venue; you may choose to be married in any venue that allows certain religious practices and traditions.  

Religious weddings generally require couples to be present in Gibraltar at least 4 business days prior to the wedding in order to meet with the relevant Minister/Priest.
