🛂 Passport, Visa & Border Entry Requirements
Bride Gibraltar operates as a destination wedding planning service and is not authorised to offer immigration or legal entry advice for any jurisdiction.
- It is the sole responsibility of each couple and their guests to ensure they possess valid passports, visas, or any other documents required to enter Gibraltar or any transit country.
- We strongly recommend that clients consult directly with their local embassy, consulate, or a qualified immigration specialist to confirm up-to-date entry requirements.
- Entry refusal by immigration or border authorities, or denial of a visa, does not constitute grounds for a refund of wedding services.
- All payments made are non-refundable. However, under special circumstances, your ceremony may be postponed for an additional fee, subject to availability and approval by the Registry Office. This does not include any other fees for rebooking venues and supplier services.
- We advise all clients to obtain comprehensive wedding and travel insurance that includes protection for immigration issues, entry refusals, cancellations, delays, or other unforeseen events outside of our control.
📘 Contractual Agreement
By entering into this agreement, you appoint Bride Gibraltar as your official wedding planner for all arrangements related to your Gibraltar wedding.
Our services include but are not limited to legal formalities, documentation, accommodation, flights, ground transportation, ceremonial services, photography, floristry, beauty services, entertainment, catering, decoration, insurance recommendations, and honeymoon planning.
All arrangements are subject to availability and may be changed only under exceptional circumstances. Clients may not engage directly with Bride Gibraltar’s vendors or suppliers. Any such action constitutes a breach of contract, and services will be cancelled without refund.
📋 Payments
- Payments must be made on time and in full to avoid service cancellations.
- All prices are confirmed only upon receipt of full payment and may vary due to external factors such as exchange rates or supplier fees.
- We accept UK bank transfers, cheques and most debit/credit cards. Business and overseas and business card payments incur a 2.5% fee; American Express 3.5%.
- Missed or late payments may affect supplier availability. Bride Gibraltar will assist in sourcing alternatives, and any price differences will be the client's responsibility.
🏨 Wedding Guest Bookings
If you are booking on behalf of guests, you will be contractually responsible for all payments. Any shortfall in guest payments will be deducted from your main wedding package balance if not received prior to arrival in Gibraltar.
🚫 Cancellations
- All deposits are strictly non-refundable.
- Cancellation less than 3 months before the wedding: No refund.
- Cancellation more than 3 months before the wedding: Partial refund may be possible (less deposit, confirmed service costs, and a coordination fee).
- If cancelled due to force majeure (e.g., pandemic, natural disaster, terrorism), a credit valid for 12 months less any registry office / legal or supplier fees will be offered.
